Recurring legal issues should not require starting from zero every time.
NLF gives Philippine businesses defined monthly legal capacity for recurring corporate, contract, employer, compliance, and management legal issues, with clear scope and separate treatment for major transactions, disputes, BIR matters, and regulatory work.
Core, Growth, and Strategic Counsel
Core Counsel is ₱75,000 per month for one named Philippine legal entity, up to two designated contacts, four routine legal matters, two routine contract reviews, one short routine draft, one 60-minute management legal meeting, and a Monthly Legal Matter Register. Growth Counsel is ₱125,000 per month for one named Philippine legal entity, up to four designated contacts, eight routine legal matters, four routine contract reviews, two short routine drafts, two 60-minute management legal meetings, and a Monthly Legal Matter Register. Strategic Counsel starts from ₱200,000 per month with a custom written scope.
Counsel Onboarding and Legal Operations Setup
Standard Core and Growth engagements include a ₱25,000 one-time setup for client and entity identification, designated contacts, high-level matter and disclosed-deadline inventory, communication and escalation protocol, high-level conflict mapping, and initial Monthly Legal Matter Register setup. It is not a complete legal audit or substantive cleanup of historical legal problems.
Defined routine matters and managed escalation
A routine matter has a defined principal issue, facts, scope, and endpoint. A materially changed request, negotiation, dispute, government proceeding, major transaction, or substantially greater document volume may require separate scope. Accepted matters follow a request, triage, matter-acceptance, legal-work, management-decision, Matter Register, and escalation process.
Boundaries and special-matter routing
The plans reserve defined recurring legal capacity. Matter and meeting capacity does not automatically carry forward, subject to written engagement terms. NLF seeks approval before material additional work and does not silently impose automatic hourly overages. Litigation, government proceedings, BIR audit defense, major transactions, corporate remediation, and live employee disciplinary processes are separately assessed. See the BIR Notice Review & Response Plan, Business Legal Risk Review, Corporate Compliance & Governance Review, and Employer Disciplinary Due Process Pack.
