Atty. Ivn Maj M. Nopuente is the Managing & Founding Lawyer of Nopuente Law Firm. He leads the firm’s tax and corporate-led, litigation-capable practice, advising businesses, employers and individuals on BIR and tax matters, corporate governance, commercial contracts, employer legal risk and consequential disputes. A former Department of Justice public prosecutor and investigation agent, he brings evidence-first case assessment, procedural discipline and business judgment to the firm’s work. He is also a law professor and the author of a taxation textbook published by Rex.

Atty. Inno A. Cabello is Senior Counsel at Nopuente Law Firm. He brings experience in trial-level litigation, appellate writing, corporate matters and legal education. His public-service experience includes service as a Public Attorney II, first handling Regional Trial Court matters in Mandaluyong and later working as a writing lawyer for special appeal cases. His earlier experience in corporate practice, court administration and accounting gives him useful perspective on disputes involving both legal and business considerations. He teaches Obligations and Contracts, business law and regulatory subjects and is pursuing a Master of Laws at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila.

Atty. Liber Val Reboquio is a Junior Associate Lawyer whose work centers on legal research, drafting, case preparation and organized document development. His experience includes preparing pleadings, affidavits, contracts and corporate documents for civil, criminal, labor and commercial matters; assisting with property and business processes; and preparing court submissions for Australian proceedings in a legal support role. His earlier work in housing-industry policy and real-estate market research gives him additional exposure to business and property concerns. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar on 6 February 2026.
